An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly driven and motivated individual to become part of the Medical Workforce department at one of the largest and most prestigious NHS organisations.

The post holder will advise on Medical HR issues for the Trust in accordance with the Service Level Agreements, and will have responsibility and supervision of a Team of Medical HR Advisors and Medical HR Administrators to provide a comprehensive and high quality Medical HR service and support function.

The post holder will have extensive knowledge of Medical and Dental Terms and Conditions, an expert user of ESR and have strong payroll knowledge. They will take a leading role in the co-ordination of people and processing of documents, records and data to manage the movement of Trainee Doctors.

The post holder will support the Head of Medical Workforce and Medical Workforce Operations Manager with Service Development, and actively work with the clinical departments to improve data and reduce overpayments.

The post is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, or Secondment opportunity, coming to an end in October 2021.
