Are you an experienced medical secretary with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude? If so the Paediatric team at Sandwell Hospital needs YOU!

We have an exciting position for the right candidate, for 32 hours per week.

Key requirements are the AMSPAR qualification, or at least 12 months medical secretary experience. Candidates should also have experience of managing 18 week pathways and waiting list management , plus knowledge and evidence of patient information systems and other relevant database systems. Personal organisation, well developed communication skills and the ability to prioritise workloads to juggle ever changing priorities are also essential, as is the experience and ability to demonstrate working in a fast paced environment. We are looking for a team player able to work on their own initiative.
