Our Service:

The Wokingham Older Peoples Mental Health Service is looking for an enthusiastic and
caring medical secretary to join our friendly and innovative team. We are a multi-disciplinary team with specialist skills in caring for older people with mental health needs.

About you:

The post holder will work as a member of a wider admin team, primarily providing secretarial support to the consultant psychiatrists as well as a range of administrative tasks. You will need to have a flexible and proactive approach to office duties to ensure a smooth delivery of service to our patient group, carers and your colleagues. You will have excellent communication skills, and work to ensure effective processes and procedures are maintained across the service.

Experience of working with older people with a mental illness is desirable.
