We are looking for an experienced administrator who has excellent computer literacy with experience of working with numerous computer systems. The successful candidate will either have experience working within the healthcare sector or have a passion for this, along with strong communication skills. As a Medical Secretary your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Working closely with doctors and clinical staff to ensure smooth running of the services
  • Generating clinical letters and correspondence to patients
  • Collecting blood results
  • Audio typing
  • Answering queries via telephone and email
  • Contacting outside agencies as and where necessary
