What the role is

As a key member of the Market Analysis Team the objective of the role is to assist the Merchandise Market Analyst with excellent management of pricelists as well as gaining an in depth understanding of international pricing, completing competitor analysis across global markets whilst sharing your knowledge with merchandising, buying and the wider business.

What you'll be doing
  • Communicate with brands to obtain recommended retail prices by territory
  • Collate and review retail prices for all departments by territory and currency
  • Responsible for ensuring all prices are correct within internal systems and online
  • Maintaining seasonal exchange rates within internal systems and ensuring all information is communicated to the wider business.
  • Competitor comparisons across multiple territories and currencies to be completed weekly and actions communicated to both Merchandise Market Analyst and Merchandise Market Analysis Manager
  • Monitor and understand the impact of territory specific tax and duties on the website
  • Monday reporting of relevant departments
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships, taking on board concerns and opportunities to help drive the business forward
  • Resolve relevant queries from across the business, including Private Shopping, Customer Care and Ecom, in a timely and professional fashion
  • Ad hoc duties
