Contract type: Permanent Full Time
Location: North East London
Salary: £32,357 then increase after successful probation to £33,357 PA
We are looking for an experienced Multi Trade Groundworker, Bricklayer, Fencer to be part of our Direct Maintenance Team based in North East London, covering Waltham Forest, Redbridge and Havering.
The role requires a knowledge of building and housing preferably with the Social Housing Environment. Customer Service skills and ability to deal with vulnerable people.
Our Operatives are supplied with an L&Q van (business use only), uniform and PPE equipment. You will begin the day from your home address where you will travel to jobs which are distributed to your PDA (hand-held device).
· Relevant City and Guilds/NVQ qualifications (or qualified by experience)
· Able to use a PDA (hand-held device) and on occasion a computer
· Full Driving licence (essential)
· Must have own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be arranged if needed)
