National Learning Lead
Citizens Advice offers confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free. Through our national network of charities, we give people the knowledge and the confidence they need to find their way forward – whoever they are, and whatever their problem.
The Citizens Advice Learning team lead the creation of learning content and services to our network of 30,000 volunteers and employees and our national organisation.
The National Learning Lead will implement the learning strategy for our national organisation that meets business needs across 3 priority areas, digital on demand learning, face to face delivery and management and leadership development.
Flexible with regular travel to London (2 days a week) 1 day a week in Birmingham, wider travel as required.
