An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Medical Secretary position within the Neurosciences service based in the Hurstwood Park Centre, Princess Royal Hospital.

We are looking to engage an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to take on this busy and varied post. The successful applicant will become an integral part of an efficient team providing secretarial support to Consultant Neuroradiologists and the Neuroradiology department.

The successful applicant will possess excellent touch typing and audio typing keyboard skills and will be proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and diary management. You will be an effective team player with excellent communication and organisation skills who has a flexible approach, used to working under pressure and to tight deadlines. Knowledge of medical terminology and experience working in a hospital environment would be an advantage.

This is a fixed term, full time position (37.5 hours a week) for 1 year.
