What's the role about?

As a New Product & Proposition Development Manager you will ensure that the strategy and delivery of new products and propositions is achieved by working in a matrix environment with various teams. New products and propositions will play a significant role in helping us deliver on our financial growth plans over the next 5 years. You will provide insight and data on emerging markets and trends to ensure your recommendations are robust and are aligned to our growth strategy both financially and customer experience.

What will you be doing?

You will be continually assessing market, vendor and customer dynamics to develop exciting and differentiated customer propositions to drive forward innovative new product development for Financial Services. Alongside this you will develop the go-to-market strategy to bring products to launch. This means that you will need to understand financial services markets and products, our current and target customers through research and insight as well as leading a team to deliver this on a daily basis. Strong stakeholder management skills will be important as you will need to build and maintain relationships with our 3rd party providers.

What will you need to have?
  • Experienced in developing and delivering new products / propositions.
  • Experienced in working with senior stakeholders and negotiating with 3rd parties.
  • Experience in Financial Services.
