To achieve this ambitious vision we are seeking an enthusiastic Night Care and Support Worker who can join our kind, dedicated and caring team at Bishopsfield Court where we provide high quality accommodation and care for older people.

The Role

As a Night Care and Support Worker you'll be integral to helping our customers to live independently and provide the care and support for them to do so. You'll be an empathetic individual with a natural flair in building relationships with our customers and help them integrate with others within the scheme. This role is offered on a permanent rota night shift basis from 9pm to 7am (Mon-Sun).

As a Night Care & Support Worker you will:


  • Maximise independence of customers requiring support using person-centred approaches and always respecting individuals’ rights and choices.
  • Be a good communicator and able to provide support for a range of needs which may involve personal, practical, and emotional assistance, ensuring the person is at the heart of everything we do.
  • Maintain accurate records of support provided, maintaining risk assessment and support plans to be able to respond to emergencies should they arise.

As a Care & Support Worker you will:


  • Ideally have experience of working with elderly people.
  • Be confident, reliable, and interested in supporting people to live independently
  • Be passionate, warm, motivated and a good team player.
  • Be happy to provide personal care to male and female customers.

If you are confident, reliable, and interested in supporting people to live independently then you will play an instrumental part of this supportive team.
