Duties & Responsibilities
As an Occupational Health Advisor (internally known as Clinical Case Manager) you will be responsible for assisting managers to case manage absence /return to work/ functional assessments and advise appropriately. You will participate in Wellbeing initiatives as required. You will also be required to participate in internal training workshops e.g. the role of the OHA/CCM in Absence management training for managers

Job Requirements
Requirements include, but are not exclusive to: - Develop and maintain relationships with Management teams of each location within defined territory - Provide Absence Management training and partake in other training workshops e.g Mental Health Training for Managers as required - Effectively manage referred medical cases from outset to conclusion taking responsibility for the clinical progression of each case - Escalate any instances where agreed action plans have not been actioned - Attend monthly meeting to present your cases for peer review/discussion - Maintain accurate and relevant medical records in accordance with the NMC Code and best practice - Actively engage in self driven learning regarding clinical professional development and best practice.

Required essential experience skills and qualifications
- Post Graduate Qualification in Occupational Health - Experience working as an Occupational Advisor - Retail experience desirable
