An opportunity has arisen to join the Occupational Health team at the University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust (UHMBT) as the OH Project Administrator, the post is Fixed Term 37.5 Hours, primarily based at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary with some travel dependant on service needs.

The department provides a service to the staff of the Trust and other commercial and public sector clients across three sites, Lancaster, Barrow and Kendal. The Occupational Health and wellbeing service consists of Occupational Health Physician, Specialist Nurses, OH advisors, Therapist, Physios, Technicians and administrators. The Occupational Health service currently holds SEQOHS accreditation and aims to maintain this working towards maintaining a quality wellbeing service to improve and empower its workforce and external clients.

The post holder will be working alongside an experienced administrative team and will have shared responsibility for ensuring professional admin support is given to allow the continuation of services provided by OH; as well as being responsible for the administrative role out of the wellbeing checks project.

We are booking for a motivated individual who is able to demonstrate the ability of working with multiple administrative procedures and have a good working knowledge of a range of computerized systems and software

The post holder will have excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation skills, be proactive, well-motivated and enthusiastic in supporting the Health and Wellbeing initiatives run by the Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service
