As an Organisational Development (OD) Coordinator at HS2 you will be required to support the OD & Capability team in planning, administering and monitoring Organisational Development, Engagement, Collaboration and Change initiatives. The role will also support general team coordination activities and will be required to support with generalist HR activities as required.
About the role:
Work closely with Senior Leaders across HR and the business to support the roll out of change and engagement activities
Keep data and records up to date for the different OD & Capability programmes and prepare appropriate MI and reports for leadership in HR and wider HS2 as required
Provide support and advice to stakeholders on any OD or HR initiatives as required
Monitor take up and effectiveness of engagement and change programmes working with Data and MI and other relevant stakeholders
- Co-ordinate governance forums and associated activities.
Provide support in the coordination of networking events for a variety of Talent & HR programmes (e.g. Onboarding process).
Provide tools, templates and guidelines to the business to ensure stakeholder and customers are able to access information as needed (i.e. HR Interchange pages)
Support the OD & Capability Senior Leadership Team to continuously improve programmes and initiatives
Support the implementation of OD & Collaboration activities as required
Support the OD Director with administration activities as required.

- Experience of coordinating OD, HR or Engagement activities
- Ability to engage with variety of stakeholders
- Ability to working on multiple projects
- Experience of new starter on-boarding process- induction, work passes, IT equipment
- Ability to produce and present documents and reports for OD activities to a variety of audiences
