The post holder will be a key part of the implementation of the Office 365 platform across North Bristol NHS Trust.

The post holder will be a member of the Office 365 Project Team and will provide a source of Office 365 administration to colleagues across the Trust. They will also work closely with the Project Manager and associated workstream Leads for Office 365, to contribute knowledge and act as a resource during the Office 365 migration tasks.

The Office 365 Administrator will:
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of all stages of the Office 365 project
  • Support the preparation, review and updating of users information to support Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Create support documentation
  • Undertake centralised communications on behalf of the Office 365 Project using appropriate methods of targeting the user base
  • Ensure all requests, incidents, problems and changes relating to Office are managed, monitored and measured in accordance with service level targets
  • Help to optimise productivity for the end user
  • Ensure all person identifiable data is handled according to the IT security and Information Governance policies
Knowledge, skills and Experience Required
  • Good standard of written English for all elements of communications
  • Good understanding of Word and Excel
  • Ability to work as part of a team, assisting colleagues across the Trust
  • Able to act independently within appropriate guidelines.
  • Ability to concentrate for extended periods, particularly when checking information and updating systems. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to efficiently absorb, understand and apply support processes and information.
