Applications are invited for the post of Operations Manager within Estates Business Services, to support the Head of Unified Communications by leading the Estates Business Services Teams, providing strategic leadership to the Capital, Estates & Facilities Directorate regarding all aspects of hardware, software, information and IT applications.

Based in the Unified Communications Division of Capital, Estates & Facilities, and reporting to the Head of Service, you will have led a technical team within an IT environment, and will have solid experience of programme and project management, supplier and contract management, and be comfortable leading competitive tenders. You will have managed contracts and be well versed in managing supplier SLAs, and will have impeccable customer service skills, role modelling the Trust behaviours and values.
