· Responsible for all aspects of design integration of architectural backgrounds, production and process equipment layouts with operational space design and planning of distribution centers.
· Lead, manage and coordinate all aspects of design program management like schedule, stakeholder communication, risk and quality, document and revision management.
· Present and lead design reviews with stakeholders. Manage approvals and release full design packages for execution and implementation.
· Provide technical leadership for process flows for building program. Provide coordination support between internal and external departments.
· Simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while effectively influencing, negotiating, and communicating with internal and external business partners, contractors and vendors.
· Facilitate process improvement initiatives.
· Effectively manage resources, quality and project schedules for on-time deliverables.
· Travel 20% to interact with internal and external business.

· Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Industrial Design and Engineering (any discipline).
· 4+ years experience in the job offered or related occupation of Design/ Innovation, Process/ Industrial Engineering or related.
· Experience managing engineering or design projects.
· Experience using business/ technical software such as REVIT, AutoCAD, BIM 360, BlueBeam, Microsoft Suite.


· Master`s degree in Architecture, Industrial Design and Engineering (any discipline).
· Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies and systems including robotics
· Experience with process design based on lean principles.
· Project Management experience.
· Design-in Safety experience.
