Purview of a Ops Tech Integration Manager:
As an integral part of the European Transportation team, the Program Manager is responsible for the integration of tools and products into EU Linehaul Operations. The PM will be responsible for working with business, and operations to gather requirements and collaborate with technology teams to integrate new tools/tech into the network seamlessly. As part of this process the PM will listen to customers (internal and external), document requirements effectively, work with development and product teams to build scalable future proof solutions.

The solutions built will impact our customers directly! This job requires skills to learn and get into action quickly. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, have superior verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks at once, able to work independently, and maintain professionalism under pressure. You must be able to identify problems before they happen, and drive robust solutions. You must be able to accurately prioritize projects, make sound judgments, and work to improve customer experience.

The responsibilities of a Ops Tech Integration Manager, Line Haul are:
· Lead with Single threaded leadership (STL) for specific products, and have end-to-end ownership for their related programs for EU.
· Develop key KPIs to measure success of product/programs in EU and own periodic status reporting to monitor performance of product/program goals.
· Work closely with Ops teams to influence global product roadmaps during OP1/OP2 to ensure EU team's voice is represented during product roadmap design.
· Collaborate with product teams to define detailed product requirements and specifications, and test various use scenarios to validate them.
· Develop and oversee product launch plan by working closely with Product and Business teams. Implement post-launch product performance metrics. Drive adoption and expansion of the tech solutions in EU.
· Own the resolution of day-to-day technical issues with sound product and process knowledge; identify innovative solutions for issue resolution.
· Support EU business/Ops teams to solid build business cases for problems/new-requirements and work with Product teams to prioritise them for EU.
· Innovate on behalf of our EU customers (Carriers, Drivers and Internal Operators).


· Bachelors in fields such as Engineering/Technology, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics
· 4 years of Program Management / Project Management / Consulting / Planning experience
· Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
· Demonstrated attention to detail
· Proven data thinking with a natural tendency to use data in decision-making
· Excellent written and oral communication
· Able to work in a diverse team


· Tech-related experience
· Transportation/ carrier-related experience
· SQL and data visualisation skills
