The Factory Security Team is responsible for the Cyber Security of Operational Technology across the global factory estate and is recruiting for a Junior OT Cyber Security SME reporting into Supply Chain. The Factory Security team covers OT deployed within factory sites including automation and control systems, safety systems, engineering IT assets, factory and engineering data networks.
The successful candidate will add specialist Cyber Security knowledge to support the factory cyber security programme rollout across Unilever’s global factory estate. You will collaborate with the IT, Cyber Security, and Supply Chain personnel to assist drive the Factory Cyber Security Programme, which will involve building good working relationships with stakeholders across the business as well as liaising with external suppliers when necessary.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Advising factories on OT cyber good practice and application of Unilever factory cyber standards and broader OT and IT cyber security standards and guidelines such as: ISA/IEC62443, ISO27001, NIST800-82
Advise factories on acceptable and secure firewall access control policy
Provide security architecture and design review and governance
Interface with corporate IT security (UniOps) teams to understand UniOps project and brief factory cyber team accordingly
Provide cyber security design and architecture advice to support factory OT and Industry 4.0 projects
Support factory network segmentation (factory firewall) deployment and configuration
Support OT product evaluation and selection
Produce OT cyber security requirements for RFPs and factory A&C projects
Strong understanding of OT cyber security (the differences between IT and OT cyber, in particular in the way cyber security is applied in OT and industrial environments)
Firm grasp of OT network and security architecture
Practical knowledge of OT and IT cyber security standards and guidelines such as: ISA/IEC62443, ISO27001, NIST800-82.
Understanding and practical working knowledge of IP networking
Firewall access control policy creation (hands-on FW rule configuration desirable but not essential)
Excellent documentation skill using MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Ability to produce basic network topology diagrams
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across the business
Excellent organisational skills, co-ordinating with the client and other suppliers
Ability to learn and adapt effectively to evolving business requirements
Ability to self-manage
