We have a vacancy for a receptionist. The receptionist covers a 7 day service, working patterns as follows; Monday to Saturday between 07.00- 20.00 hours and Sundays between 14.00 - 20.00 hours.

The post will be on a job share basis to complement existing cover in place.

You will work in a culture that puts the patient first, where our colleagues feel proud of their role and are valued for their contributions.

You will need to be able to work in a calm, logical and methodical way and be able to multi-task whilst dealing with frequent interruptions; you must possess effective communication skills

You should have proven patient care skills or worked in a patient care focused environment. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is essential.

You will be required to have a good level of education and have experience in Administration and Clerical duties with good keyboard skills. The successful post holders will be expected to cover colleagues in times of sickness and annual leave. Full training will be given on IT systems.

This career has lots of job satisfaction on a daily basis, as you'll be helping patients and their families with their requirements and providing administration support in their on-going healthcare.
