You will be part of a senior management team, leading 6 Heads of department, and will strategically deliver and be accountable for the delivery of unforgettable holiday happiness to our guests!

  • Current or previous cruise ship experience
  • You are an open and consultative leader who coaches and enables a high performing culture.
  • Leadership experience of a culturally diverse workforce
  • Pro-actively identify continuous improvement within the current brand and service standards.
  • A proven success in delivering targets and managing £m budgets, through implementation of strategies to delivering corporate objectives. 
  • Experience in successful Change management driven by the Corporate office
