The Head of Digital & Partnership Innovation leads Digital, Brand Partnerships, Commercial Partnerships, Branded Entertainment & Creative (PL4Y)
teams that work within the Agency and Client matrix as well as a group of specialists that work outside the matrix in each of the different disciplines.

Collectively these teams represent some of the fastest growing areas of C4’s commercial business; C4’s Digital business (VoD) is the fastest growing
revenue function within C4 sales, delivering revenue growth of +24% in 2018, together with Branded Entertainment which has grown revenues by +40% YoY in 2018

This high performing team continue to outperform their respective markets in each of their specialist areas and the key stakeholders in each team help
set the narrative for C4 Sales, in terms of innovation, creativity, data & programmatic buying.

Part of the team’s challenge for 2019 is to continue the trajectory of Digital revenue growth in previous years by implementing a new approach to data,
programmatic trading as well as defining a new product offering. In addition, as part of the new structure the team will be focussed on driving new revenue
streams in Branded Entertainment both on linear and Digital Platforms with support from reporting teams based in London as well as Leeds & Manchester

The Head of Digital & Partnership Innovation and his direct reports require a dynamic experienced Personal Assistant who is used to managing multiple tasks
in a creative, innovative and fast paced environment.

We are seeking an individual who can juggle between the management of complex diaries, create / build high impact presentations, support the organisation of
internal events as well as external client entertainment together with the co-ordination of teams in multiple locations across the UK.

To provide a high level of comprehensive secretarial, administrative & organisational support to the Head of Digital & Partnership Innovation and direct reports
in all administrative aspects of their roles, ensuring that they are able to work as efficiently and effectively as possible.

This Personal Assistant must be used to working in a faced paced innovative and creative environment, with a proven track record of being able to multi-task as
well as implement quick thinking and adaptability to changes of plans and approach at short notice.

• Be a great ‘front-of-house’ ambassador for the C4 Digital & Partnerships team - delivering professional email communications and greeting guests
• Complete management of diaries with a forward view of at least 6 weeks out to ensure that daily schedules run to time and personal appointments/events
are taken into account.
• Proactively organise rooms, equipment etc, and all other arrangements to ensure meetings at C4 run well. Prepare agendas, oversee distribution of
paperwork and follow up on actions.
• Deal with diary changes and matters arising during the working day – including over-running meetings or other challenges – in a proactive manner,
including rearranging travel or contacting other attendees.
• Provide assistance with creation of reports and presentations as required - Advanced PowerPoint/word skills and creative judgement. Strong eye for detail.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, and restaurant /venue bookings.
• Process expenses and departmental invoices as required.
• Arrange away days/overnight events – both client-facing and internal – e.g. client entertainment and departmental away days – from end-to-end including all
liaison with external partners, managing invitations and ensuring the smooth-running on the day.
• Provide support as directed for the Digital, Partnerships, Creative and Commercial Partnerships teams as and when required when necessary.


Technical & Professional Skills
• Excellent communication skills - interacts confidently and effectively with senior business leaders and staff at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
• Job holder must have a strong proven track record of operating at as a PA in a busy and fast paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced MS Office skills - PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Awareness of C4’s various business areas and department.
• Interest and experience of event management.

Managing Resources
• Responsible for own work and for supporting the Managers with their workload e.g. handling all administration and providing support and advice on day-to-day issues.
• Expected to work closely with other Personal and Executive Assistants.

Autonomy/Judgement/Decision Making
• Overall priorities are set by the needs of the Heads of Digital & Partnership Innovation; however, the Personal Assistant is expected to manage their own workload
by prioritising accordingly and reporting back on completion.
• Where appropriate, make decisions on behalf of the Head of Digital & Partnership Innovation; typically, these are of a routine nature. There is some autonomy
and responsibility for decisions within the key responsibilities of the Personal Assistant role.

Relationship Management
• Builds valued and trusted relationship with the Heads of Department and other senior members of the Sales team and across the business in order to handle
confidential matters appropriately and effectively.
• Maintains relationships with peers across all departments.
• Holiday/sickness cover for other PA’s within the Sales department.

Complexity/Problem Solving
• Operates within an ever-changing environment as well as dealing with both routine and non-routine problems. The issues are often sensitive so require considerate
handling in order to resolve them satisfactorily.
• Organising events requires a flexible and creative approach in order to meet business objectives and needs of attendees.
• Confident in managing several projects simultaneously, prioritising where necessary.
• Works efficiently under pressure.

Business Impact/Strategic Perspective
• Objectives and tasks in the role are often short-notice and high priority.
• Privy to a large amount of confidential information.

• Advanced MS Office skills - PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Proven and demonstrable experience operating as a PA to senior management in a busy, fast paced, high pressured department.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail when under pressure.
• Must be extremely detail-oriented, organised and pro-active.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask under pressure.
• Experience of working within a fast-paced and creative industry.
