Performics is the performance-marketing arm of Publicis Media, in this role you will be working for the Zenith Performics Team. The Zenith Performics team were recently award 'Team of the Year' at the Publicis x Google Awards 2020.

Job Description

This role will be a Paid Search Executive reporting to a Paid Search Manager.
  • Build effective paid search campaigns and reports
  • Contribute ideas to improve account performance
  • Analyse report and account data to spot trends/competitor trends/opportunities for optimisation
  • Complete keyword research and compile targeting lists
  • Generate accurate data reports
  • Read industry blogs to improve knowledge
  • Attend assigned training courses
  • Pass the Google Ads Fundamentals and Advanced Search certificates, Bing Accreditation and Search Ads 360 Fundamentals
  • Check all builds and reports before placing them live
  • Check the quality of PPC accounts
  • Generate solutions to any arising account issues
  • Build relationships within own team, other departments and media owners
  • Punctual to work
  • Complete work in a timely fashion, meeting set deadlines
  • Prioritise workload and flag to manager should any unexpected issues arise

Qualifications

We are looking for an ambitious, self-starting Executive who can work autonomously on projects if needed, but also enjoys working within a team with a strong, collaborative working ethos. The client's business will require us to work at a fast pace and alongside multiple stakeholders, so we are looking for a positive, can-do attitude from someone joining the team. Experience across both brand and performance would be a positive attribute to have given the nature of the client's business, but again not necessarily a must.
