Job Description

The Role
We are currently seeking a Paid Social Account Directorto join us in devising and delivering strategic and effective paid social campaigns for P&G.

This role focuses on delivering market leading Activation, Client Servicing, Innovation and Measurement for one of Starcom's flagship accounts. The role entails managing an Account Manager plus a team of execs and overseeing planning and implementation across Paid Social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and Pinterest), across the range of P&G brands.

You'll be responsible for the overall strategic direction of the P&G Paid social activation and ensuring campaigns go live appropriately, playing a pivotal role in building relationships with key client and internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will have responsibility for day to day running of the team, ensuring all members are trained, knowledgeable and executing every aspect of their duties.

You will be working in a team of 4, reporting into the Biddable Director. You will directly manage 1 account manager, with supervision of 1 senior exec and 1 exec.

The Client
Proctor & Gamble, one of Starcom's biggest and most iconic accounts, are devoted to driving innovation across all social media platforms. As an Associate Director within the PG One team you will be able to oversee and lead all aspects of Paid Social including their substantial budgets and different objectives ranging from national awareness campaigns to increasing performance activity to innovating influencer marketing. This will provide you with a truly holistic and extensive knowledge in the industry for one of advertising's most iconic and historic companies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in planning, activating and reporting on Paid Social campaigns across the major Social Media channels
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Aptitude in maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Exemplary track record in managing budgets
  • Ability to deliver a high standard of work with strong attention to detail within an agreed deadline
  • Experience in managing members of a team and delegating tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Advanced knowledge of conversion pixel implementation, testing and reporting
  • Experience with paid social media tools, e.g. 4C, Marin, Sprinklr etc.
  • Line management experience and delivery of appraisals
  • Experience in driving innovation in Paid Social through Test & Learn planning
  • Knowledge of all digital elements and a good understanding of how other digital channels fit with Social.
  • Combined Brand and Performance (DR) social experience
  • Knowledge of measurement solutions across social platforms
  • Past experience in activation of influencer campaigns through paid media
