Job Description

We are currently seeking a Paid Social Account Manager to join us in devising and delivering strategic and effective paid social campaigns for P&G.

The Paid Social Account Manager will be required to contribute to strategic planning and client liaison with the PG One agency, as well as managing all execution of paid social media campaigns. Paid social is an important growth area for the agency and this role represents the opportunity to lead learning and best practice internally, as well as in collaboration with P&G's portfolio of brands.

You'll be responsible for the day to day running of the team, ensuring all members are trained, knowledgeable and executing every aspect of their duties. You will also play a pivotal role in building relationships with internal stakeholders as well as client-side media teams and brand managers.

  • Develop and deliver standout strategies for multiple paid social campaigns.
  • Mentor, coach, train, support and guide the team in all areas of paid social
  • Strong experience across both social branding and performance campaigns
  • Take overall responsibility for managing budgets for specific clients and campaigns
  • Clear and timely communication with clients and other members of the team
  • Help facilitate a strong 'team' ethos and exhibit focused and positive team leadership.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders: Client Planning teams, Buying Teams across all disciplines, Clients, Media Owners and tech providers.


  • Experience in planning, activating and reporting on Paid Social campaigns across the major Social Media channels
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Be solution driven and innovative with how they drive performance across accounts.
  • Confidence in driving innovation and proposing new solutions to clients
  • Passionate about and engaged with the fast changing world of social media, online video, and digital marketing
  • Detail orientated with first-class analytical skills
  • Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships whilst positively influencing those around you
  • Highly literate with a good understanding of how language is used to communicate to different audiences.
