Job description
This is a new and exciting position for an experienced passionate and analytic Paid Social Media Manager. We need someone who can deliver a step change in RNIB's paid social media. RNIB has an ambitious strategy for the next three years and paid social media will play an integral role in delivering on our vision.

We are looking for someone who is ambitious, flexible and great at managing stakeholders, who can strike a good balance between being strategic, tactical and innovative. A forward-thinking mindset and a resourceful, driven approach to work are all essential for this role. You'll have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end social campaigns and brokering insight, analytics, creative and customer experience into effective acquisition, conversion and retention tactics.

Advanced digital skills are a must as well an aspiration for driving best practice paid social campaigns that really deliver.

You will be working with a wide range of internal stakeholders as well as external agencies to drive online acquisition across RNIB through paid social media activity that maximises revenues, engagement and action.

It's a really exciting time to join the expanding social media team at RNIB, and there will be lots of scope to shape this new role.
