Overall job purpose:

The primary responsibility of this role is the involvement in maintenance of a quality (alive) panellist base through:
  • Develop and implement On-going education of the panellist with respect to purchase declaration (DPE calls) and diary return (claims)
  • Entry of new panellist info into panel base and update existing panellist data on an on-going basis
  • Involvement in Ad-hoc projects' operations as required by line manager.

Main Responsibilities:

Panelist Quality:
  • Daily follow up with panellists regarding non-compliant purchase declaration, by telephone, WhatsApp or mail as appropriate. Follow up includes purchase verification and on-going education.
  • Actioning of weekly claims report (mail received). Follow up includes education of panellists and non-reward of panel points.
  • Feedback of quality issues to immediate superior for further actions
  • Conduct re-visit validations.

Panelist Base Maintenance:
  • Entry of new (born) panellists into the panel base
  • Updating of panellist data on an on-going basis and through formal annual updates

Panelist Communication
  • Manages panellist enquiry in a manner and assist accordingly.

Ad-hoc Project Operations
  • Assist in the operations of other Ad-hoc projects, when required.

Core Competencies:

As outlined in Performance Appraisal - standard to all Panel Operation's Supervisors and Assistants

Person Specification:
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma qualifications
  • Able to write and speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Enjoy interacting with people
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with people of varied backgrounds
  • Ability to read and speak in Chinese is added advantage
  • Flexible approach to work, with the ability to work to targets.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Words
  • A committed team player with the ability to work closely across operational and production divisions.
