Urology/Vascular/Plastics Pathway Co-ordinator

Band 4

The Surgery team have a 37.5 vacancy for a Pathway Coordinator based at St. Peter's Hospital. The successful candidate will validate and monitor the Trusts performance against 18 weeks waiting time standards ensuring patients receive treatments within the required timescales through monitoring and auditing patient pathways. Weekly reporting will play an important part within this role therefore a good understanding of the Trust systems is essential. Surgery is an extremely busy environment and the ideal candidate would need to be proactive and use their initiative to ensure robust pathway management of a small team within the office and reception area. You will be required to attend and facilitate a weekly pathway meeting with prepared reports and updates on patients that have already or could potentially breach.
