Our COVID-19 Research Team is Expanding

Would you like to play a key role in the delivery of the most high profile Covid-19 clinical research projects?

We are seeking to appoint experienced and enthusiastic research staff to a range of roles to make a big impact delivering our Covid-19 research portfolio.

Covid-19 research has become the National and Trust priority for clinical research. To manage the new and growing portfolio of studies providing evidence for pandemic management, the Trust rapidly established a new Covid-19 research team which are now seeking to expand. The team supports delivery of a whole portfolio of Covd-19 research including both treatment and prophylactic and vaccine research.

We are seeking to appoint an flexible and enthusiastic administrator. Successful candidates will have excellent communication and team working skills and will have the support of a Research matron as well as opportunity to work with colleagues from across the Trust.

The Patient Access Co-ordinator will be the first point of contact for patients and service users and will liaise closely with the Covid Research team to ensure patients receive timely and appropriate appointments according to their care pathway.

The post holder will be required to provide reception cover for our clinical research facility, scheduling functions, general administrative support and telephone cover for their speciality.

The role is one year fixed term contracts and we welcome secondments from internal staff. We are looking for successful candidates to commence in post as soon as possible. Hours will be 8am to 6pm condensed into 4 days per week Monday to Friday.
