Work within a specific clinical area to support the smooth running of the patient journey by ensuring that administrative processes revolve around the patient and their individual needs.Support the CTC Outpatient Manager / Senior Patient Pathway Assistant in providing administrative support including receptionist duties to all clinical staff within the clinical area including; Consultants, Nurse Specialists and Junior Doctors.

Support the CTC Outpatient Manager / Senior Patient Pathway Assistant, clinical team and other divisional managers in ensuring the speciality are able to deliver safe and effective services whilst also ensuring compliance with contractual access targets e.g. the 18 weeks Referral to Treatment target.

Provide cross-cover for other Patient Pathway Assistants to ensure a consistent and effective administration service is maintained at all times
