Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust provides services through its three hospitals in Andover, Basingstoke and Winchester. We provide all general hospital services for planned and emergency care as well as specialist services.

The Governance Team of Hampshire Hospitals NHS FT (HHFT) is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team in the new role of Patient Safety Manager (Risk and Clinical Effectiveness). Working with managers and clinicians you will champion and promote risk management across the Trust and lead clinical effectiveness processes.

As the ideal candidate you should have a sound knowledge of clinical effectiveness and risk management and a track record in delivering improvements. You will also have excellent team and communication skills to enable you to influence and encourage working to enhance the quality of care for patients.

This post is based across our two main sites in Basingstoke and Winchester, and covers the other sites operated by the Trust including Andover and Alton.
