Applications are invited for a PCN coordinator to carry out the Administrative functions of Sittingbourne PCN.

Working closely with the two Clinical Directors of the PCN, the successful applicant will be responsible for providing Administrative support to the PCN, which will include project management, organisational development and engagement with local stakeholders.

This is a new role and will evolve as the PCN develops.

Knowledge of Primary Care and Primary Care Networks is essential for this role as well as excellent communication skills, IT knowledge and a proven track record of working in an Administrative or similar role.

Due to Covid-19 the successful applicant will be working remotely.
