About the Role

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex technology based business change challenges from strategy to execution.

You are experienced in:

  • Working on technology-enabled transformation programmes whilst building an understanding of the system development life cycle and the key change activities at each stage
  • Support the embedding and adoption of change within the business
  • Help to translate the impact of the change associated with new technology solutions (Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce, Cloud, etc.) to the business context and organisational culture
  • Assisting in scoping and planning of client deliverables, working alongside other workstreams such as Organisation Design, Capability Development, Leadership, Strategic Workforce Planning, Cultural Change, Behavioural Change and Benefits Realisation.
  • Supporting the delivery of workshops, analysing client documents and data to help develop a clear understanding of current state and future development.
  • Supporting the delivery of workstreams, and using real time data to inform delivery and iterate approach.
  • Supporting teams to ensure performance objectives are set and monitored and regular feedback is provided.
  • Contributing to People Centred Change methodology, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of change management approaches, tools and methodologies on change transformations and tailoring these to your clients' needs. These include:
    • Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that are tailored and personalised to the client context in order to maximise end-user enablement and adoption
    • Supporting the delivery of business readiness and end user adoption activities, which includes behaviour and culture change, communications and engagement, change impact assessments, training design and delivery
    • Championing various digital tools and internal practices such as BXT to help deliver exceptional client value

Skills

Essential
  • Strong stakeholder management skill sets
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to resolve complex problems
  • Ability to develop close working relationships both internally and externally
  • Proficient with Google sheets, docs and slides.
You may also have experience in:
  • Wider Operational experience in at least one of the following disciplines
    • Organisation design
    • Talent management
    • Human Resources and Employee Relations
    • Communications and engagement
  • Working in large public and/or private sector clients.
  • A change management qualification or equivalent
