I am currently working with an exciting Media organisation who are looking for an experienced People Coordinator to join their team. Reporting into the People Manager, you will sit within a team of three and have a key role in the growth and development of the business.
In this role, as well as acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, you will also be exposed to many areas of HR including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, payroll and training. You will also be given the opportunity to get involved with innovative HR projects within the business including employee engagement and benefit schemes.
The ideal candidate will have a year of experience within a HR generalist role and will further be comfortable working autonomously. They should also have excellent attention to detail and great communication, people management and interpersonal skills. Although not essential, a CIPD qualification would be beneficial.
This role is based in Central London and is paying between £22000 and £25000.
