We have an exciting opportunity in our people operations team for a people systems analyst.

Citizens Advice offers confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free. Through our national network of charities, we give people the knowledge and the confidence they need to find their way forward - whoever they are, and whatever their problem.

As a people systems analyst you'll be working in the People Operations team and reporting to the People Systems and Data Manager. You'll be working to maintain and develop our People/HR focused Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions for complex applications across product development and BAU. You'll also be diagnosing, troubleshooting and responding to queries concerning the people systems with a clear customer focused and problem solving based approach.

As a team we are always looking for new innovative ways of getting the best out of our software and processes so we can further improve our services and provide an excellent service experience. We are small, focused, friendly but fast paced team and we highly value and encourage teamwork, collaboration and idea sharing across the team.

  • Provide input into high level technical infrastructure development to ensure the systems across the team provide an effortless user experience.
  • Skilled in maintaining and developing SaaS technologies including security, account and user management, integration and data integrity
  • Confident in communicating system changes and updates to a range of stakeholders in a simple and engaging manner, using system documentation in a range of formats for various audiences.

The National Citizens Advice Operates from offices in England and Wales, with 4 regional offices based in Cardiff, London, Birmingham and Leeds, therefore all successful applicants must be based within England or Wales.
