To help us deliver this ambitious vision our improvement and insight team is expanding, and we are looking for a highly skilled Performance Analyst to join our Change and Improvement Team.

The Role

This a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Performance analyst role to join a new team with ambitions to transform the way performance and data is used to drive service improvement across the Group.

With absolute focus on high quality, reliability, and timeliness, you will be responsible for the production, collation of key performance reporting information from across the business.

Working closely with the Performance business partner, you will provide performance and analysis expertise to each part of the organisation to ensure the business has full ownership and understanding of their performance information and data.

Operating within a complex and highly regulated environment you will be responsible for producing high quality data sets and performance reports in line with the Group's reporting framework. This includes the maintenance of a detailed reporting schedule that ensures that the business and external stakeholders receive the right information at the right time.

About You

You will be an experienced Analyst who understands the importance and power of high-quality performance data and how this can be used to drive our Organisation forward and achieve our Improving Lives Strategy,

Highly organised you will be able to disseminate data and performance information, being able provide a clear overview and explanation to key stakeholders in accordance with reporting timetables.

You will possess high level of mathematical ability and demonstrable experience of working with programming languages and reporting visualisation tools. You will be passionate about making better use of data and supporting the business to understand and own its own performance.

You will thrive in a challenging environment and will demonstrate a high level of initiative, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills to ensure the business has access to the right information at the right time.

You will be a good communicator and adopt a partnering approach with stakeholders to understand, interpret and present data and KPIs that support the business on its continuous improvement agenda.
