Founded in 2010, 2EI Veolia is an internal consulting structure of 30 people positioned within the Strategy & Innovation Department at the management headquarters in Paris. Our objective is to accelerate the transformation of companies, cities and territories through the structuring and implementation of innovative projects.
As a Performance Consultant, you will be part of 2EI Performance team, joining a group of dynamic and entrepreneurial people coming from diverse backgrounds (business & engineering).
2EI Performance works closely with Veolia Business Units to help them solve their business challenges by combining the understanding of our core business in Water, Waste and Energy with robust methodologies.
On a project basis, you will partner with Veolia BUs around the world to design strategic positioning, foster innovation and enhance the business impact of their projects along the following themes:
Transformation including organizational and digital transformation
Performance improvement on operational performance and commercial excellence
Innovation deployment from innovation strategies to the implementation of new business models
You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, quantifying and implementing improvements, working together with Veolia and in collaboration with their municipal or industrial clients.

Thinking strategically and being strong problem solver to complex and ambiguous problems
Demonstrating strong quantitative and analytical skills for complex data (operational & financial)
Understanding performance transformation and change management frameworks and their underlying methods
Being customer centric to develop a tailor-made and results-oriented approach
Communicating effectively with senior leadership, middle management and front-line employees
Working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment & operate effectively autonomously (travel up to 50%)
Being hands-on and working efficiently in both team and independent setting
Contributing to develop the team capabilities
You’ll bring (experience & qualifications)
+3 years of experience, preferably with exposure to performance improvement and change management projects
Ability to lead complex multi-stakeholders project from start to finish
Proficiency in structuring business cases, and building financial models
Desirably some knowledge in water, waste, energy services, in both municipal and industrial sectors
Relevant degree with high academic achievement, advanced degree preferred
Excellent written and verbal skills in English & French, Spanish is a plus.
