Our thriving group Practice comprises of just over 50,000 patients managed across 6 Sites in the Sutton Coldfield area. Our 6 sites constitute a single PCN. We comprise of 20 GP partners, 13 salaried GP's, a cross site, highly skilled nursing and ANP team with efficient management and central operational team.We are a high achieving and well organised practice and use SystmOne. The majority of our sites are training practices.

This is an exciting opportunityfor an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) of at least two years to provide day to day support to the senior management team, Board and Partners as required. Discretion/confidentiality is required at all times.

You will be typically responsible for, but not limited to:
  • Handling emails and postal communications, ensuring discretion at all times
  • Managing diaries and organising multiple business meetings
  • Confidentially taking minutes both remotely and in-person with prompt turnaround
  • Managing administration tasks
  • Supporting and undertakingimportant tasks as directed whilst adhering to deadlines
  • Completing regular staff or patient surveys and providing comprehensive reporting to convey themes and trends
  • Liaising with local MDT teams to share knowledge/ organise meetings/cross education and events as required
  • Actively oversee the main organisation intranet system (GP Team Net), assisting with queries and training as needed. Supporting with the upkeep and dissemination of policies and procedures
  • Creating and updating in house policies as requested, ensuring GDPR compliance and best practice is adhered to
  • Oversight of action logs
  • Other tasks as asked of by the Group Manager or partners.
The successful candidate would greatly benefit from knowledge of general practice as a Primary Care Network (PCN).

We anticipate this period will be for a period of 13 months as maternity leave cover, possibly to then discuss a future permanent role within the Practice.
