Where can you build for a better society?

We are looking for a Plumber to join our City Of London contracts team across multiple sites. This role will involve travel. A van will be provided

•Co-ordinate access to site areas and complete documentation accurately in set timeframe
•Ensure permits to work and authority to work is managed safely
•Report faults and manage repairs to all reactives and ppm works
•Carry out reactive repairs if raised by the SFS helpdesk, ensuring service level agreements are met and reporting risk when SLA`s can not be achieved.
•Ensure stock levels are maintained for consumable

We're looking for:
•Level 2 and 3 NVQ Diploma or equivalent
•Minimum 4 years' experience in the facilities industry focusing on both planned and reactive maintenance
•Experience in maintaining heating systems, repairing pipes , valves , fittings and drainage systems in commercial buildings
•Experience in resolving water treatment irregularities and competent to work on Non -Vented systems, keeping accurate records of time spent and works performed
•Must hold a valid driver's licence
•DBS check will be conducted
