This is a new and exciting opportunity for someone with experience in population health or healthcare analysis. We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to help scope and deliver the East of England Development Programme in Population Health Management. Population Health Management is used to improve population health through data-driven planning and delivery of care. The Population Health Management Development Programme will build capacity and capability in the delivery of population health management approaches within East of England health systems.

Working with the Development Programme lead and other colleagues in partner organisations, the role will involve working with local stakeholders in the region to understand their population health management development needs as well as developing and delivering training and analysis to meet those needs.

The role would suit someone with analytical experience in population health and healthcare who is looking to enhance their knowledge and skills. Good communication skills and an ability to work as part of a multi-agency team are important. Working as part of the East Accord Programme Office and the Local Health Care Record (LCHR) workstream, in close collaboration with Public Health England, NHS England / Improvement and Health Education England, this is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of developments in population health data and analytics in the region.

The post is offered as a fixed term contract or secondment opportunity for 12 months
