Job Reference: 439-C&G-43

Employer: Department: Leadership Academy Location: Palatine House, Belmont Business Park, Durham Salary: £31,365 to £37,890 per annum

We are actively recruiting to vacancies across the Trust. We would like to encourage applicants to apply via NHS Jobs and to inform candidates that interviews will be taking place remotely via video / Microsoft Teams.

We are extremely grateful to all new applicants and our current staff who have made enquiries and referrals to our bank and recruitment team. Thank you for supporting the NHS, your Trust and community during this challenging time.

NHS Leadership Academy, North East and Yorkshire (NEYLA) is one of 7 regional leadership teams across England and is hosted by County Durham & Darlington NHS FT on behalf of our NHS England and NHS Improvement. Our aim is to deliver on the NHS People Plan: Action for us all 20/21 and the newly launched NHS People Promise, resulting ultimately in improved healthcare for patients and communities in the North East and Yorkshire.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our growing, high performing team for an experienced project co-ordinator to lead and provide support to a comprehensive portfolio of leadership effectiveness and development interventions, such as inclusion, system leadership and training & development interventions.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: a commitment to inclusion; the ability to work with minimal supervision and will require a demonstrable ability to use initiative, prioritise workload and provide evidence of work programme completion.

Many personal development opportunities will be available and the role will allow exposure to leadership development, and access to a diverse, national network of individuals, organisations and agencies.
