Job Description

The role is working witha major player in mobility markets and listed on Euronext Paris. The mission of the clientis to be the preferred "Mobility Service Company" by offering alternative attractive solutions to vehicle ownership, with a wide range of mobility related services: car-rental, vans and trucks rental, chauffeur services, car-sharing and peer-to-peer. Customers' satisfaction is at the heart of the Group's mission and all of its employees and this commitment fuels the continuous development of new services.
  • Deliver client account growth strategies
  • Understand and expand upon knowledge of attribution, conversion rate optimization and user-experience
  • Ensure quality assurance processes are adhered to by PPC Team
  • Ensure the team and accounts are aligned with and executing against key success metrics looked at by the global Publicis team (e.g. Google feature adoption and utilization)
  • Analyse wider industry and market trends and how these apply and affect clients' account performance
  • Nurture key partnerships with Google, Bing, Search Ads 360
  • Generate case studies and award entries


We are looking for an ambitious, self-starting Paid Search Account Director who can work autonomously on projects if needed, but also enjoys working within a team with a strong, collaborative working ethos. The client's business will require us to work at a fast pace and alongside multiple stakeholders, so we're looking for a positive, can-do attitude from someone joining the team. Experience across both brand and performance would also be a positive attribute to have given the nature of the client's business, but again not necessarily a must.
  • Minimum 4 years Paid Search related experience
  • Extensive client-facing experience
  • Demonstrable experience in a biddable role
  • Experience in managing a team and conducting team appraisals, as well as performance management
  • Experience in driving innovation in Biddable media
  • Advanced knowledge of SA360
  • Advanced knowledge of AdWords and analytics platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong leadership, communication skills and ability to engage with planning teams and also brand leaders at the client side
  • Confidence and experience of working on large accounts ideally in an agency environment
  • Be solution driven, innovative and proactive with how you drive performance for your accounts
  • Be strategic and commercially minded in planning goals for your teams as well as being able to shape and develop a biddable strategy
