Role Purpose:

You will be part SHL's Central Professional Services (CPS) Presales Technical team, supporting our sales teams and clients globally, helping them define solutions and workflows that will include both custom and off the shelf solutions. Solutions will include Situational Judgement Tests, Custom Reports, 360 system builds as well as client integrations, multimedia and localisation. You will ensure that everything has been scoped in detail inclusive of costs, effort and timelines before handing over to our delivery teams.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver Presales support in a timely manner with accurate information
  • Define project costs and scope
  • Understand the key client requirements and business background to identify the best-fit options
  • Identify, highlight and mitigate risks to internal stakeholders
  • Review SoW(s) to ensure deliverables are clearly communicated to the client
  • Handover full requirements and background to the CPS delivery teams to set up for success
  • Maintain relationships with colleagues across teams and locations (Multiple time zones)
  • Take ownership of the Delivery Assurance process
  • Take responsibility for learning about new services and offerings
  • Update the management and leadership teams on high-profiles cases, risks and issues
  • Review change requests and re-scoping when re-engaged
  • Design & lead enablement sessions
  • Support on regional Business Unit calls
  • Be comfortable working on opportunities both on your own and in collaboration with your immediate team and the wider Presales team

Required Skills and Experience:

Essential:

You will have significant experience of working in a client facing role and will have taken the lead in client facing conversations and enablement. You will have experience of the planning and commercial scoping of projects and will have strong communication and organisation skills. You will currently or previously have worked in an assessment organisation (ATS, HR, TA).

Desirable:
  • Existing knowledge of SHL solutions
  • Experience of working as a member of a global team
  • Knowledge and experience of Salesforce
  • Understanding of candidate/assessment journeys
  • Understanding of an ATS
