Job Description

We are looking for someone with a strong proven track record and experience within the industry and a requirement to demonstrate a showreel with work comprising foreign shoots, multiple location shoots, and multiple cast members.

The producer will work very closely with the account teams, creatives, and creative producers. Depending on the nature of the project, they could become the lead producer which would necessitate them coordinating all elements of the campaign, from print-digital-broadcast (potentially working in conjunction with specialists in these fields) assuming ultimate responsibility for overall delivery on the media plan. Therefore experience in the "helpful" category below would be good.

We are a fast-paced, dynamic, and nimble department. Having an entrepreneurial approach with a "nothing is impossible" attitude is essential.

This producer will work across all the agency brands and be responsible for delivering live-action / CGI / animation TVC's, cinema & radio, predominantly working with third-party suppliers to ensure the highest quality craft is achieved, delivering materials on budget and time.

Qualifications

  • Good working knowledge of UK & international directors and production companies for both live action and animation.
  • Good network of external suppliers to cover casting, off-line editing, post-production, audio, VO artists and music licensing and composition
  • Excellent negotiation and budgeting skills
  • Good working knowledge of business affairs in terms of insurances, artist contracts, music licences.
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to breakdown a script and ballpark without support
  • Experienced with client procurement process and able to clearly articulate agency approach and creative
  • Excellent working knowledge of the production process from pre-post and final delivery
  • Some understanding of the Clearcast and RACC process and basic knowledge of the codes
  • Successful completion of the IPA Producers Knowledge course
  • Able to work as a team, both within the department, but also with the wider agency and partner with the creatives to achieve the best execution of their idea.
  • A strong eye for craft, agility and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Strong finance skills for budgeting and reconciliation
  • Excellent computer skills; Google/Microsoft Office incl keynote/slides/PP as standard. Basic editing skills could be helpful.

  • Helpful skills/experience:
  • Experience at delivering fully integrated campaigns, i.e. stills production and digital delivery in terms of good working knowledge of different ratios/specs
  • Good working knowledge of post-production and able to work directly with editors/AFX/flame artists
