Product Manager at :

is seeking a Product Manager to join our Product & Innovation team. Our passion is to change the world of online payments and the Product & Innovation team sits at the heart of achieving our ambitious vision and goals.

The role, based in our London office, will involve working closely with our engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to help shape the future of online payments. You will act as an important bridge between Product, Technology and Design, to understand desired outcomes, elicit requirements, and then translate them into coherent functionalities that can be easily implemented for our innovative and groundbreaking products.

You will synthesise and articulate business insights to deliver required specifications, conduct feasibility studies, and produce designs/models. Reporting to a Lead Product Manager and collaborating with Project Managers, Engineers and Design Stakeholders in an agile and very dynamic environment, you will be required to be flexible and adaptable at all times.

The FX & Payouts Product team is responsible for the Payment and Treasury Risk Management solution, centralising our merchant's liquidity and improving operational efficiencies via an agnostic unified API. The product optimises global bank and alternate payment networks, intelligent routing and market leading payment validation, increasing data accuracy and seamlessly delivering payments. We consult with our merchants to innovate in new markets and expand their geographic footprint.

About You:
    • Up to 4 years hands-on Product experience in a fast-paced Technology start-up
    • Leadership potential
    • Aspiration to grow your product management skills within a fast-paced tech startup
    • Curiosity and constant desire to understand our customers, the market, and how we measure against our competition
    • Ability to think end-to-end through complex business processes and identify areas of challenge
    • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Confluence and GitHub is a plus
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Prior experience as a Product Owner in a Scrum team is ideal but not essential.
    • Software development experience or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) background is desirable
    • Ability to work under pressure, multitask and consistently meet tight deadlines
    • Superb communication skills, ability to interact with multidisciplinary stakeholders
    • Degree Educated
    • Fluency in English

What You Will Be Doing:
    • Ownership of products across their entire lifecycle
    • Development story writing, participation in team ceremonies, removing requirement blockers for developers
    • Provide ongoing support to the Product Leader
    • Partner with Sales and Commercial to understand Customer needs
    • Maintain the product roadmap in collaboration with Product Leaders
    • Collecting, understanding and conveying business requirements for given projects
    • Finding and communicating solutions to large and/or complex needs
    • Producing business and functional requirements as well as inputting into technical requirements
    • To develop, optimise & document business processes
    • To conduct day to day management of formal change requests in relation to changes in project scope
    • Highlight, report and manage project risks & issues
