The Customer Tech team delivers the best experience to every user visiting MATCHESFASHION, whether they want to purchase products, find out about the latest trends or return their order. We value every single customer and put them in the heart of every decision we make. We spend time understanding our customer needs, expectations, pain points and vigorously work to deliver value. We want to help them enjoy luxury fashion and provide a luxury shopping experience on their devices of their choice: web, iOS or Android app. We believe that luxury is convenience.

MATCHESFASHION is looking for two experienced Product Managers to lead our Product Discovery (listing and product details pages, search) and Purchase Experiences (sign in/up, checkout, fraud and security, payments methods, loyalty) across the website.

What you'll do
  • Drive the vision and strategy for your area for how MATCHESFASHION can deliver value for the customers, balancing business needs and technical capabilities
  • Collaborate and build relationships across different teams in the company
  • Help shape the product and technical processes to drive efficiency and learnings
  • Work closely with UX, design, technical and business teams to shape ideas and transform them into the product backlog and user stories
  • Ensure that your team has the right focus and understands why's and what's
  • Balance strategic initiatives alongside minor incremental improvements and help teams to address the technical debt

  • You love a/b testing and trying small conversion optimisation ideas

  • Our head office is based in Shard, London - it can't be more central!
