Job Description:
The Privileged Access Management (PAM) Product Manager is responsible to lead the PwC Global PAM Services through the Product Lifecycle by managing the gathering and prioritization of requirements; defining the vision; and working closely with Engineering and Operations teams to deliver enterprise-level Privileged Access Management capabilities within the Network Information Security (NIS) organization. This high visibility role will coordinate the activities of a cross functional Identity and Access Management (IAM) product team, working with business and technology stakeholders to manage the definition and deployment of IAM capabilities and processes.
The role requires a grasp of application security principles and practices and a background working in both IAM and IT Service Management within a large enterprise. This is a strategic and hands-on role. You will be a visionary looking for opportunities and innovative solutions in the PAM space. This role will balance the competing interests of providing an excellent consumer experience with a seamless registration and login experience while maintaining the integrity and security of our identity data.

Minimum Degree Required:
Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Years of Experience:
4 year(s) of progressive professional roles involving information security and/or IT management.

Basic Qualifications
• At least 1 year of translating business and technical requirements between business and technical teams
• At least 1 year of IT Service Management Experience (Incident Management, Problem Management, etc.)
• At least 1 year of Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Ability to design and develop dashboards
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills
• Strong customer management experience and building and maintaining relationships across the network of firms to effectively deliver Cyber Service Management and Integration activities on behalf of NIS
• Strong knowledge of IT Service introduction principles or technical domain related to Service Introduction that is applied in the context of a broader understanding of the functional area and related systems and processes
• Designing, defining, refining, and documenting the end to end service capability

Preferred Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience translating business strategy into IAM products
• 3+ years of experience in Agile product management
• ITIL Certification
• Privileged Access Management experience
