Role & Team:
Working closely stakeholders across the business and as part of an expanding product team, your role will focus on defining the Product Roadmap across Emerald Publishing’s content platform, delivering new features and functionality to enhance the user experience, improve content discovery, and increase user engagement and site traffic.
What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role you’ll support the delivery of a balanced product roadmap for emerald.com/insight and associated product platforms on time, to budget and within scope, working especially closely with Product Marketing teams to deliver user engagement plans to drive site traffic and usage improvements.
You’ll take an iterative ‘customer-first’ approach to product development, based on continuous market research and direct user insight, ensuring that features and enhancements deliver value to the business, through their feasibility and usability, including leading the review of user behaviour analytics to validate drivers for feature development.
A key part of the role is facilitating a continuous improvement cycle for all product enhancements, based on customer insight, analytics, and user testing.
Who We’re looking For:
Do you have experience in a digital Product Manager role?
We’re looking in depth experience of product development and the software development lifecycle.
Do you have a passion for digital media and delivering new products & feature in an agile environment?
If you have a strong understanding of User Analytic tools, and product management in academic, learning, or other digital platform product environments we’re keen to hear from you!
