Are you an experienced administrator with a background in workforce and finance? We are looking for a full-time (37.5 hours) Band 3 administrator to support our Professional Practice Workforce and Education Team at the trust.

The post-holder will be based at Colchester Hospital but there will be a requirement to work across the trust when required. We are looking for a dynamic, highly organised individual with high level Word, Excel skills and experience.

Candidates will need to demonstrate an ability to work to tight deadlines, be flexible and able to work with multiple workstreams.

This roles involves working with finance and procurement systems as well as interacting with external and internal stakeholders such as universities. You should have experience of using various IT platforms, taking meeting notes and have advanced advanced Excel and word skills, with a high level of data accuracy.
