The Global Mile Global Exports Team is seeking a talented Program Manager for an exciting opportunity to support the growth of our Amazon EU Exports operations. As part of this strategy, we have established a locally based Global Mile team in EU that is responsible for the performance of our carriers. This local team has the responsibility to work in close collaboration with the Global Logistics team worldwide developing capabilities, products and carrier strategies that continue to improve our competitive position in our existing market places, between our market places, exports and new geographies expansion.

The EU Program Manager will support the EU Exports Operations team in the following areas: performance reporting and predictive analytics, defects reduction programs, carrier onboarding and launch prioritization, standardization of processes and operating mechanisms support.
The EU Program Manager will particularly focus on helping the team reduce the operational defects affecting the customer experience. This role will require exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with Business, Operations, and Tech stakeholders, while having the ability to work autonomously in a high-pressure environment with all levels of leadership and exercise sound judgment where clear guidelines may not exist. To be successful in this role the Program Manager needs to have strong ownership, bias for action, dive deep and deliver results.


· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, MBA or similar field from an accredited university
· 5+ years hands on experience managing operations in Supply chain
· Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and deliver initiatives
· Proven track record of experience with supply chain management concepts Forecasting, planning, optimization, logistics - gained through work experience or graduate level education
· Ability to write queries and extract data through databases and strong excel and analytical skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role requires effective communication with colleagues from computer science, operations research and business backgrounds


· Master's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Operations, MBA or similar field from an accredited university
· Proven track record of Logistics and Supply Chain Operational Background
· Project management experience that shows how to organize, find solutions and follow through to a successful conclusion
