The Global Mile Cross Border Exports team innovates, builds and operates cross-border e-commerce shipping, fulfillment and customs capabilities to enable global growth and expansion. Our goal is to make cross border shipping experience from all origin marketplaces as simple, fast and reliable as domestic shipping for our customers in 190+ countries.
The Cross Border Exports team is looking for a strong candidate for the role of Program Manager- Network Planning. In this role the successful candidate will understand Amazons Fulfillment Network and will develop optimized processes to handle exports shipments. They will develop metrics and process flow management controls to find areas where our network is not working optimally, and develop solutions and project plans to remedy the issues. The successful candidate will thrive off waking up daily and determining how well we performed to our goals, and how we satisfied our customers today. Knowledge of transportation and warehouse operations is a key strength for the ideal candidate. Functional knowledge of data an analysis tools, standard deviation fundamentals and graphical data presentation models to highlight wins and misses will be integral to this role. A successful candidate will be able to show proven results in developing action plans as well as improvements implemented as a result of those plans. Additionally a successful candidate will be able to display strength influencing cross functional teams to take action on the data, as well as developing action items to improve results over the short and long term.

· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics & Distribution, Industrial Engineering, Transportation, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Engineering, Technology or related fields
· 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, transportation or applicable experience
· Strong analytical skills and business judgment
· Proficiency in data mining and extrapolation
· Advanced proficiency in Excel and similar reporting tools
· Strong communication ability in both written and verbal formats.


· Master's degree/MBA in business, operations, logistics, supply chain, or related field
· Experience/certification in Lean/Six Sigma Mfg. methodologies
